ePeople Suite is a modern, all-in-one Human Resources and Payroll management platform built for African businesses, NGOs, and growing enterprises. We help organisations replace spreadsheets, paper leave forms, and manual payroll runs with a single secure system that handles employee records, payroll (PAYE, Pension, NPS), leave, performance, recruitment, onboarding, and statutory compliance, all designed around local labour law and tax rules. Operated by Enterprise Resources Ltd in Lilongwe, Malawi, we serve SMEs, NGOs, and Corporate clients who want professional HR operations without the cost or complexity of legacy systems.

About the Role

Know an HR manager, an Accountant, or a Business owner who's still doing payroll on spreadsheets at midnight? or still using an outdated HRM System? Introduce them to us. If they sign up, you get 25% of the first year. No quota, no minimum, no exclusivity. Just warm intros and monthly payouts. Open to anyone with a relevant network. You don't need to be in Malawi.

What You'll Do

• Think about the people in your network who'd actually benefit: HR managers, Accountants, Finance Directors, MD's, CEOs, SME owners
• Make a warm intro by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or in person. We don't want cold outreach in your name.
• Send us their contact details and a sentence or two of context, either via your dashboard on our system or a quick form
• Read our short monthly newsletter so you can answer the obvious questions ('Is it cloud?' 'Does it do PAYE?' 'How much?')
• If you want to, sit in on the kickoff call. Your endorsement carries weight.
• Track your referrals and payouts in your dashboard

Required Qualifications

• A real, relevant network: Executive Management, HR, Finance, Accounting, or SME owners
• Active email and WhatsApp / LinkedIn
• A registered TIN (Malawi) or equivalent tax registration in your country, so we can legally pay you
• Verified bank account or mobile money number (Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, other payment systems for foreign nationals.)
• Willingness to do a 15-minute virtual onboarding call with our team
• Compliance with our Referral Code of Conduct: no spamming, no misrepresenting the product

Preferred Qualifications

• You work in HR, finance, accounting, business advisory, or other
• Existing customers happy to vouch for you
• Active on LinkedIn or other professional networks
• You've referred software products before
• Bachelors or Masters Degree or similar in any field

Skills & Competencies

• Warm introductions
• Networking and relationship-building
• Basic grasp of HR / payroll / compliance pain points
• Comfort with simple online tools (forms, dashboards, email)

Compensation

• 25% of the first year's contract value on every referred customer
• Paid 30 days after their first invoice clears, by bank transfer or mobile money
• No quotas, no minimums, no exclusivity. Refer one or refer fifty.
• Monthly leaderboard prizes (smartphones, vouchers, cash bonuses)
• Annual Top Referrer Award plus recognition at our annual event
• Refer 5+ customers in a year and the next 5 bump to 30% commission

Shortlisted candidates get a screening call within five working days, followed by a role-play demo and a final panel interview. We hire on a rolling basis and the best territories go to whoever applies first.
